I’m on Diet !!!
well ya ! ..
the plan is to go on with this diet for 3 months !!!
The Diet Chart :(recommended by a dietitian and online research)
Early Morning : 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water(with jeera/saunf/honey/lemon)
Breakfast : 2-3 Idlis or 2 plain dosas[non-stick pan] + 1 cup sambar + White Oats (I love them)
Brunch : Apple/Pear/Orange
Lunch :
· 1 bowl veg soup or rasam +2 glasses of buttermilk
· 1 bowl salad
· 2 chapattis without oil/ghee
· 1 cup dhal or sprouts
· 1 cup skimmed curd
Snacks : salad or 2 Marie biscuits or 1 cup salad or 1 cup popcorn(again my fav…its fun to eat what u like and still be on diet ;) )
Dinner : Same as Lunch minus rice
You can add :
Citrus Fruits Soybeans, Asparagus, Beets, Brussels, Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots,
Celery, Cucumber, Garlic, Horseradish, Lettuce, Onions, Radishes,
Tomatoes, Apple, Cider, Vinegar
Water : 12 – 15 glasses per day
Sugar or Oil : 2 spoons per day
Avoid : Sweets, oily and fried food, aerated drink, canned food, processed food, coconut, ground nut
Exercise : Atleast 1 hour walk or your routine workout session. Make sure you regulate the minimum calorie intake.
