Life needed a break !!
and this time it got a lil worst then ever !!
When you are in “that” place where your brains (yes plural) are out of your control and cannot find a way out, a friend comes in handy.
Sit down with that person, throw everything on your head out and you will get that will to work things out, but I cannot promise you will get a fiend who will not judge you and will accept you with the way you are.. (with all the madness insdie your head) ..not everyone is as lucky as me 
..(In case you want to talk .. am listening !!! )
Taking off from wok for couple of days .. will chill out iron some processes in my head.. and am sure I will be good to go
